Abe Nation Outreach Ministries (ANOM) is a community-based organization dedicated to breaking generational curses by empowering youth to discover their value, purpose, and potential. Through healing-centered mentorship, mental health support, and transformative guidance, we help young people rebuild their lives, restore their confidence, and create futures filled with possibility.
Founded by Andre Patterson Jr., a Baltimore-raised social entrepreneur, survivor, and community transformer, Abe Nation was built from lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges facing our communities. After overcoming adversity, incarceration, and personal hardship, Andre committed his life to helping others avoid the same cycles and build new legacies rooted in purpose, growth, and resilience.
At Abe Nation, we believe that healing is the foundation for transformation. Many of the individuals we serve have experienced trauma, violence, system involvement, or lack of consistent support. Our approach meets people where they are—combining mentorship, mental health services, life coaching, and community engagement to create real, lasting change.
We partner with licensed providers, community organizations, schools, and local leaders to deliver services that are culturally competent, trauma-informed, and grounded in authenticity. Our programs focus on emotional wellness, leadership development, reentry support, violence prevention, and personal accountability.
Our work is not just about programs—it’s about people. It’s about helping individuals see their worth, understand their purpose, and take ownership of their future. Through consistent support and real relationships, we guide youth and adults toward stability, healing, and long-term success.
